Currently, Mr. Amjad is working as Chief Executive Officer of Quaid-i-Azam Solar Power (PVT) LTD. The Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park is a utility scale solar power generating 100 MW plant in Bahawalpur.

Mr. Amjad holds a Master Degree from McMaster University Canada. He completed his engineering and management education from USA, Canada, Sweden and Pakistan. He holds Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering, attended MS/Ph.D. Graduate Program in Power Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York USA. In 1997, he was awarded a scholarship by Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), Stockholm, Sweden for specialized training in International Business Management Techniques and Standardization.












Mr. Arif Saeed is independent Director at Saif Textile Mills Ltd., Chairman at Quaid E Azam Solar Power Pvt Ltd., and Chairman at Punjab Power Development Co. Ltd.

He is on the Board of Directors at Service Industries Ltd., Punjab Industrial Estate Development & Management Ltd., Competitiveness Support Fund, Punjab Social Security Health Management Co., and Saif Textile Mills Ltd.

Mr. Saeed was previously employed as Chairmen by the Lahore Stock Exhange and Non-Executive Director by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd.











Mohammed Afzaal Bhatti is a British national by birth and a Chartered Certified Accountant from United Kingdom by profession. He has over 20 years of professional experience behind him. His areas of expertise are auditing, corporate and personal tax planning, business advisory, acquisition and mergers.

His other business interests which are all UK based under the name of KBM Group of companies are professional training, media solutions and a consultancy company,

He was appointed as the Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis Commission, Punjab by the Government of Punjab in January 2015. 

His previous appointments in Pakistan were Secretary to Chief Minister Punjab (Political Affairs) from June 2013 to December 2014 and Secretary to then former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif from January 2012 to June 2013.

Mr. Afzaal Bhatti also serves as a member of the board of directors of Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Park (Pvt) Ltd, Bank of Punjab, Punjab Institute of Cardiology, and Quaie-e-Azam Hydel Power (Pvt) Ltd.









Mr. Rehman Naseem is the Director of Quaid-a-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd. He has rich experience of manufacturing and industrial management, and in addition to being a successful business leader, he is also a renowned humanitarian. Following his graduation in economics from Colombia University, USA, he has spent twenty four years in developing his family business into a sizable corporation. He also has invested his valuable expertise in structuring many public sector companies.

Mr. Rehman Naseem is designated as the Director of Punjab Industrial Estate and Multan Electric Power Company. He is also the CEO and Director of numerous companies working under the umbrella of “Fazal Group” and “Fatima Group”; 












Malik Muhammad Ali Khokhar son of Malik Nisaar Hussain Khokhar was born on January 6, 1971 at Multan. He obtained his early education from Aitchison College, Lahore and graduated in 1992 from Government College, Lahore; then obtained the degree of LL.B (Hons) in 1996 from University of Buckingham, UK. An agriculturist, who was a practicing lawyer during 1998-2001. He also served as Member, Advisory Committee on Agriloans in State Bank of Pakistan.

He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2013. He is serving as Chairman, Multan Development Authority. He has travelled to UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, India, UAE and Saudi Arabia. His father, remained Member of District Council during 1986-89; his maternal grandfather, Mr Niaz Muhammad Khan (ICS) served as nominated Member of Indian Legislative Council during 1940-42; and his paternal great-grandfather, Malik Faiz Bukhsh was hereditary Member of Divisional Durbar during 1900- 06.










Mr. Pervaiz Mailk holds a Master degree in Finance from Imperial College Management School, London, U.K. He completed his B.Sc. (Hons) from LUMS in 1998. He has also done (MSc Thesis) on International Portfolio Diversification. 

   Currently Mr. Pervaiz Malik is working as Director of Pharmacy, Chain of Servaid Pharmacy (Pvt.) Ltd. He brings over sixteen years’ experience of product advancement, strategic planning & development and Company restructuring. He has managed counterparty risks of the portfolios of leading Automotive, Consumer Food and Diversified Companies through developing knowledge of each client’s debt requirements. He worked as Corporate Relationship Manager, handling solicitation of numerous accounts, credit approvals and risk management.











Mr. Mohammad Jehanzeb Khan holds an M.B.B.S. from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan and an M.B.A. (Public Service) from the University of Birmingham, U.K. with a special concentration in public private partnerships and public sector organizational reforms. 

Mr. Khan is the Chairman of Planning and Development Board, Government of the Punjab. He is also the Additional Chief Secretary Energy, who works in liaison with the Chief Minister of Punjab and a number of Federal Ministers. He has also served as Secretary Finance in Government of the Punjab. Mr. Khan supervises public investments in the energy sector of Punjab and is the lead person for public private partnership. He has seven years’ experience as the team leader of district administration, six years practice of public finance and economic management and five years’ experience of economic diplomacy/commercial representation. He has also served as a resource person for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, IUCN, UNDP, UNICEF, UNHCR & DFID.










Mr. Tariq Hamid holds a B.Sc. Engineering Degree from Maclagan College of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. He completed his diploma in Productivity Management from International Centre for Advance Technical Training, Turin, Italy. Moreover, he also holds diploma in Advanced Management Program form Harvard Business School, USA.

Currently Mr. Tariq Hameed is serving as Director of Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan Ltd.,) as well as Vice Chairman of Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Ltd. He has expertise in Corporate & Restructuring, Finance, Planning and Development, Environment, Excise and Taxation.  He holds extensive Private Sector experience including representing Packages Limited on other Boards, such as Nestle Milkpak, Tetra Pak, Tri Pack Films, DIC Pakistan and Dane Foods limited.

He has obtained Masters Degrees in ‘Business Administration’ from IBA, Karachi and in ‘Development studies’ from School of Oriental & African studies, University of London. He held various positions in Government sector and has more than twenty-four years of diversified professional experience in various public sectors with expertise in policy implementation and formulation in the arena of public financial management, project management and public service delivery. He has also authored “Performance Based Budgeting 1999-2000”.

Mr. Arif is heading the Family Business Initiative at LUMS.  Previously he had spearheaded the SME Pulse Initiative as well as the Textile Productivity Initiative. He was also the Director of the Entrepreneurship Small and Medium Enterprise Centre (ESMEC) for almost a decade.  Arif has been a consultant to a few Pakistani businesses in the area of Family Business, Productivity Improvement and Inventory Management.  He has also been consultant/academic advisor for a couple of universities, where he helped in developing and implementing new systems for faculty evaluation and development, in addition to upgrading the curriculum and facilities. He has taught in the MBA program as well as several executive programs in the areas of Operations Management, Decision Making, Supply Chain and Retail Management, and Family Business.
